SQUEE! It's lovely - looks even better in colour than the lineart did. The bricks must have killed you *_* I find the colouring really interesting, because it looks like you used the coloured pencils as well as the watercolours more in this picture than you usually do, and I think it looks good - more sketchy, almost.

Ahh, the union jack on Hugh's t-shirt - definitely looks like a much beloved and much worn t-shirt for chilling about in... which makes sense as despite some of my drawings, Hugh is really the kind of man who is too lazy to get dressed up And I love Freya's little dress too - definitely something she'd wear (let's hope she doesn't get too cold!). I love her eyes and hair and expression best about this picture - she looks very comfortable sitting inbetween his legs. I like to think she doesn't have a bit smiling on her face because she's holding back annoyance at having had to buy the coffee, no doubt because Hugh conveniently "didn't have any coins on him".

Badly behaved scanner! Oh well, we can't control such machines...

Now I will shut up XD But I love it - - and it's so nice to see Hugh and Freya in your style, no one's drawn them for me before. Thanks Katharina!

OMG, thank you I'm so relieved you like it I was worried I didn't do them justice ^^" And yeah, the bricks were kind of annoying XD but in the end I was so happy I managed to colour them :3 And yes again xD it was easier to shade the bricks with coloured pencils instead of only watercolours... pencils keep their colour XD so I knew what colour the bricks would have in the end and not be surprised by light-colour-effects again XD

And I thought that Hugh was more a lazy person XD because you once said he likes to just be himself and enjoy his time XD and since he always borrows stuff I was sure Freya had to buy the coffee XDD

And as soon as I finish your Jono you'll get the original and you can see the true colours of this picture XD

Yay! I'm excited about seeing the original because originals always look better than scans (which sometimes turn colours weird and such). And you were smart about using the pencils to do the bricks, definitely. They get more definition that way and are less easy for the scanner to eat. And I always love all pictures of my characters, so don't worry about not doing them justice^^

Freya's hair is one of the most fun things ever :3 It can do anything, even defy gravity!

If I was Freya I'd be annoyed with Hugh for never buying ANYTHING himself if he can borrow it, but there you go. I think she just accepts that's part of his personality (and Freya is bad with money, too... she spends way too much. Hugh and Freya are bad influences on each other moneywise XD).
