I don't think the scan is bad! It looks bright and colourful and popped out of my mailbox straightaway. I think it looks gorgeous! I especially love the crazy art museum and the mad bright green bench. I bet Hugh and Letitia just went there and sat on the bench and looked around and laughed at the weird exhibits. XD I bet they poked fun at the random blobs of stuff that were supposed to be "art" and that made the visit much more fun. :3 I adore Letty's pink hat and stonewashed jeans, and Hugh looks great too (and more nicely groomed and handsome than I draw him, which is a good thing ). His bag with the union jack on is made of win, too - it makes my heart happy. ^^

I bet they would have met at a student party Hugh heard about on the grapeline. He never misses parties, mainly so he can talk to and observe people (he gets bored when parties enter the drunken-people-falling-on-floor stage because people can't speak properly then ). In fact, I bet he spent a while observing the people at this party, worked out that Letitia was from Mexico or some other similar country from the way she looked and traces in her accent. Then he probably came over and introduced himself to her in Spanish, probably saying something weird and funny, because he's like that XD

Hugh doesn't get that drunk, either (unusual for an English man!). He just finds it far more entertaining to be largely sober and laugh at all the drunk people XD Because he loves to talk and observe he never sees much fun in getting drunk.

OMG, that's awful O_O It's real, though... I can imagine that. That would annoy Hugh - he adores people from other countries, especially if he can speak their langauge. He has his faults, but he's very unprejudiced. It's probably because he loves to travel so much and observe cultures.

Oh Letty is quite open minded :3 she doesn't always try to find bad things in people's behaviour or wants to make fun of them... she also acknowledges style and talent XD

Letty got drunk once... really badly... and it wasn't one of her best experiences because it took her 2 weeks to figure out that she hadn't spend the night with that one strange guy XDD it was when she decided to never ever get that drunk to forget what happend again ... XD

And Hugh is such a darling :3 he might have his bad habits but he's a good person and that's what I like about your character so much

Imagining into other people's lives is always fun, especially if you have imagination to make up really wild things. And I think Hugh and Letty both have imagination.

English men (especially young men) are awful with their drinkingXD If you don't drink loads, apparently you're not as "manly" as other guys. Hugh thinks this is stupid, though. He likes his drink well enough but he doesn't need to drink loads of it, and he's confident enough in himself (and his manlinessXD) to not drink loads just because everyone else does. Plus, he just likes laughing at other people's drunken misadventuresXD

Oh dear, that's a funny (but probably very embarrassing!) story. Well, if Letty ever did get drunk around Hugh, he's excellent at carrying people home and putting buckets by their beds^^
